The first year retired?
- A pension and Social Security started in the same year.
- The withholding that was right at work is not right now.
- Someone mentioned a rebate and nobody has applied for it.
Or call (412) 555-0163. January to April: Monday to Friday 9 am to 7 pm, Saturday 9 am to 2 pm.

We prepare the return and the rebate

- Step 3
Review together, slowly
We go through it line by line, as many times as you like.

Fair questions
What retirees say before they book.
“My only income is Social Security.”
You may not need a federal return at all, and you may still qualify for the rebate. We will tell you at the sit-down.
“My children usually do it.”
They are welcome at the sit-down, in person or on the video call. Many families like a second pair of eyes once a pension starts.
How we do it
Patient, plain and one name to call.
Hannah looks after our retired clients. She explains each form, files the rebate with the return and keeps copies for when you need them.
Widowed this year? Filing status changes, and we walk you through it, with help from the family returns page. If a letter arrives, bring it to notice help.
